At COCO International, we take the quality of our products and our customer service very seriously. During production, each product is tested five times in conformance with the latest European requirements and standards. Thanks to this modern production method, our products are guaranteed to be of the highest quality.
In the unfortunate case that a technical problem does occur with one of our products, we guarantee repair or replacement free of charge for a two year period starting at the date of purchase.
Your warranty is only valid in case of correct product usage in accordance with the user manual and its intended use. Always keep the purchase receipt, as it is the only proof of warranty. Without a purchase receipt, we cannot judge your warranty claim and therefore your warranty is voided
In case of defect within the warranty term, return the product to your reseller with failure description, proof of purchase and all accessories.
What if I purchased a product in the COCO webshop that goes defect within the warranty term? Don’t worry. You can directly send your product with the proof of purchase to our customer service, preferably with a short note that describes the nature of the problem. The sender is liable for any shipping damage that may occur due to faulty packaging.
Exclusions of warranty
Warranty will be void in cases of opened products, physical damage due to faulty installation (short circuit, power overload), water/ fire/lightning damage, misuse, modification, repair by unauthorized persons, leaking batteries, carelessness and using the product for other purpose than its intended use.
To judge your warranty claim, always provide a dated purchase receipt together with the defective product. Without a purchase receipt, we cannot judge your warranty claim and therefore your warranty is voided
To avoid unnecessary product defects and faulty installation, we strongly advise you to always read the user manual and frequently asked questions before you install a COCO product and before you contact the customer service.
In no event shall the manufacturer be liable for any consequential or incidental damages, including any loss of business profits or any other commercial damages, arising out of the use of its product.
